Co-founder Randy E. Fisher brings over 30 years of expertise to TF&E. The South Carolina Supreme Court recognizes Randy as a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law as well as Estate Planning and Probate Law, making him one of only 17 attorneys in South Carolina to hold dual certification. Additionally, Randy is one of only a few attorneys who has chaired both advisory committees tasked with supervising the certification process for these specialized practice areas in South Carolina. Before age 40, Randy was selected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), elected Chair of the Tax Law Section of the South Carolina Bar, designated by the South Carolina Supreme Court as Chair of its Taxation Law Specialization Advisory Board, and recognized by Best Lawyers in America®. He has maintained his role in ACTEC and has been honored by Best Lawyers® every year for 20 years.
Randy believes life beyond legal work informs his counseling of families and businesses. His diverse experiences include caring for livestock as a child, playing on numerous ball teams in his youth, working blue-collar jobs when he was a teenager, serving in leadership positions in high school, college and as a professional, and traveling extensively. Randy’s collaborative opportunities and his leadership positions in multiple organizations enrich the quality of his advice on a variety of business, family, and legal matters. Randy’s passion for developing personal relationships with his clients and his commitment to excellence in providing personal service distinguish him and the firm. Randy and his wife Debi enjoy spoiling their grandchildren and dogs, reading, and traveling.
