Meredith B. Rosendahl

Meredith serves as a Legal Analyst, focusing on document review, drafting, and client relationships. She plays a key role on the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions team, supporting data room management, client communications, and transaction coordination, and is known for organizing complex information clearly.

Since joining Thomas, Fisher & Edwards in 2023, she has grown into her current role as well as serving on the AI Committee and contributing to firmwide initiatives relating to time management and technology integration. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys coaching at a local gym, walking her dog, and spending time with her family.
