Meredith G. Watson

Meredith Watson is a law clerk and contributes to client matters as her class load allows. She is currently a third-year law student at The University of Alabama School of Law. Meredith serves as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review and was recognized for outstanding performance in her Pre-Trial Advocacy Course. She was also recognized for her performance as a legal extern to the General Counsel of Murphy USA. Before transferring to UA, she earned CALI awards (highest grade in the class) during her 1L year for her academic achievements in Real Property, Criminal Law, and Torts. Prior to law school, Meredith was a cadet and Division I Cheerleader at the United States Military Academy for three years.  Meredith finished her undergraduate studies at University of Maryland, where she graduated summa cum laude. Between work and classes, Meredith enjoys spending time with her twenty-pound tabby, Sugar, long walks, reality television, and UA athletics.
