Spenser R. Illsley

Spenser serves as a Paralegal and the Firm’s Training & Development Manager, combining legal support with leadership in hiring, onboarding, and staff development. She primarily supports probate, estate administration, and estate tax matters, while also overseeing training, workflow coordination, and performance tracking to support firm efficiency.

Since joining the Firm in 2019, Spenser has grown through multiple roles into her current position. She is known for her strong organizational and problem-solving skills and is a key resource across the Greenville and Spartanburg offices. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, music, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
