Benjamin C. Ferris

Ben Ferris is an attorney and contributes to client matters as his class load allows. He graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina Terry F. Rice School of Law. While studying at USC, Ben earned CALI awards (highest grade in the class) for his academic achievements in Wills, Trusts, and Estates as well as Nonprofit Organizations.  He served as Assistant Article Editor of the Journal of Law and Education and earned the Top Spader Award for outstanding work on the Journal of Law and Education. Ben graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia Terry School of Business with a B.A. in Economics. At UGA, Ben was a Beckham Workforce Scholar, UGA Miracle Team Leader, and Interfraternity Council Committee Member. During his undergraduate program, Ben earned one B+ (otherwise, straight A’s). He also completed a study abroad program at the London School of Economics. 

A Charlotte native, Ben is a student at New York University School of Law, from which he plans to graduate with an LL.M. in Taxation in May 2025.
