Introduction & Bio

Parker Baker joined Thomas, Fisher & Edwards in the summer of 2023. His focus areas include estate planning, estate administration, business formation, and business succession planning. Undaunted by tax law, Parker excels at exploring the structures of current codes and finding creative, tax-efficient solutions for a variety of client concerns. To expand his sphere of influence, Parker writes for professional publications. SC Lawyer published his co-authored article, “The Basic Ins and Outs of the Corporate Transparency Act,” in September 2023.

Parker serves his clients by prioritizing thoughtful communication and personalized service. He believes that the key to client satisfaction lies in developing tailor-made solutions for the unique circumstances of every individual. His service ethic makes Parker an essential member of the TF&E team.

Educational Background

After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2019, Parker attended The University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school he worked as an editor for the South Carolina Law Review, won three Book Awards, and graduated magna cum laude in 2022. The following year Parker earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
