Mira A. Prisco

Mira Prisco is a law clerk and contributes to client matters as her class load allows. She graduated from Louisiana State University Paul M. Herbert School of Law with her J.D. and a certificate in Estate Planning and Taxation. During law school, Mira participated in the Wayne State Jaffe Transactional Law Competition and the American Bar Association Negotiations Competition. She earned CALI awards (highest grade in the class) for her academic achievements in Civil Law of Obligations, Federal Income Taxation I, Securities Regulations, and Estate Planning Seminar. While studying at Clemson, Mira engaged in the William T. Howell Pre-Law Society and served in Volunteers4LIFE, a program providing one-on-one support to students with disabilities. She graduated from Clemson with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mira is a student at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, from which she plans to graduate with an LL.M. in Taxation in May 2025.
